Do you ever find yourself in the pantry or surrounded by wrappers and wonder how they got there? Mindless eating often leads to overeating. Your brain goes on auto pilot and before you know it, you've eaten a bunch of food after you swore you wouldn't do that again.
If you want to stop overeating, the first thing you need to do is start noticing when you typically overeat. Is it after a busy day or a stressful situation? Is it when you're bored or tired?
Does it happen in a certain place, like in your car when you are driving home from work? Or on the couch every night when you watch TV?
Start looking for some triggers or patterns in your eating over the next few days. Just noticing those triggers and patterns is progress, so give yourself credit for doing it.
From there we can come up with a plan to stop your overeating. If you want help figuring it out get in touch with me at: kim.redefineyourlifecoaching@gmail.com
